Colour tinting after Anti-reflection coating: if the tinting remains the same tone of colour, but just slightly lighter or darkening in a small tolerance, not allowed to claim. |

Defective Anti-Reflective Coated lenses (if within guarantee period), you can send back to Hong Kong for Free reapply A.R coating layer service. |

Any problem or defective lenses for credit are requested to send back to Hong Kong office with the full details of order date and invoice number. |

We do not accept any return lenses including colour tinted, Polarized, Photochromic and Transitions that complaint for colour problem unless the lenses (left and right eyes) are placed in the same order and at the same time (in pair). |

We shall not be responsible for any defects if the raw material, frame or lenses send by customer themselves to us for any service cannot be claimed. |

The transportation cost for return lenses should be at customer’s cost. |
