Each shipment please attached the detail packing list for each model, color and quantity which will be easy for our Lab to dou ble check to make sure we have
received the same frames and quantity as you or your supplier sends. Meanwhile, please pack the frames separately from plastic and mineral. |

Transportation Cost |

Any shipments send from your supplier by Forwarder Company (freight agency).
Please make sure the shipper item should be your company name to us. |

Please click shipper to afford the transportation cost when arranging the shipping documents. We are not preparing to pay for the shipment cost, please make sure you have settled the transportation cost before sending the goods to us. |

Discontinues and Return Goods |

Please provide us a letter under your company letter head when informing us to return
the goods to you by showing the models and quantities that you decide to discontinue. |

Any cost for the return goods should be at your responsibility. |
| 4.4.3 |
Your company must guarantee that it is legally for us to return back all the goods to you if there is any argument between you and your supplier. |
| 4.4.4 |
In case there is any argument on the frames property between you and your supplier, we need to receive the property certification from you or your supplier before taking further action such keep using the frames on your orders or return all the frames to your supplier. |

It is agreed that identification shall not be deemed to have been made until both the buyer and the seller have agreed that the goods |

Note:
1.There will be handling charges for the frames that keep on our side, they will only be charged when they are picked up for usage or send back to you.
2.For the accessories such as cloths and frame case if you are sending from China to us, you can send to our Lab directly. Please contact us before you send. |
